The castle walls are magnificent, the castle gardens are beautiful and this castle is one of only two castles in the country to have two Moats. The grounds host an impressive programme of entertainment including re-enactments, Christmas markets and jazz sessions. You really could spend most of your day strolling around the castle and its ground particularly in the summer months.
Local crafts can be found in many of Lincoln's unique gift shops as you stroll up or down the hill. A word of warning though, it's a very steep hill and is a challenge to some, so we recommend that your chauffeur drops you off at the top off the hill and collects you after your day in Lincoln from the bottom of the hill.
